We are proud to offer for sale this MINT CONDITION 2021 Omega Speedmaster Moon Watch with Hesalite Crystal. This is the latest model with upgraded movement, redesigned bracelet and dial and was purchased new in 2021, a little over a year ago, seldon worn since. Featuring a high-grade Swiss Omega Co Axial chronograph mechanical movement with 50hr power reserve. The Timepiece is supplied (COMPLETELY FULL SET) with original boxes, manual, 'Legendary Moon Watch' illustrated guide and jeweller signed guarantee card, pictogram card and master chronometer certification. Watch bracelet is also supplied full factory size with all links present.

THE MODEL & PROVENANCE

The Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch is one of the world’s most iconic timepieces. Having been a part of all six moon landings, the legendary chronograph is an impressive representation of the brand’s adventurous pioneering spirit.

Presented on a brushed five-arched-links-per-row bracelet, this 42 mm Moonwatch in stainless steel features hesalite glass on the front and an embossed Seahorse medallion on the caseback with 'FIRST WATCH ON THE MOON' inscriptions. Inspired by the 4th generation Speedmaster style worn on the moon, it also includes an asymmetrical case, black step dial and the famous dot over 90 on the anodised aluminium bezel ring.
The watch is driven by the OMEGA Co-Axial Master Chronometer Calibre 3861, which powers the small seconds sub-dial, 30-minute recorder and 12-hour recorder, along with the central chronograph function.

SPECIFICATIONS

Anti-Magnetism: The movement is unaffected by exposure to strong magnetic fields, even those greater than 1.5 tesla (15,000 gauss).

Chronograph: The chronograph function is a mechanism for measuring time intervals. A chronograph watch can therefore be used to time events while displaying the time like any traditional watch.

Master Chronometer Certified: Guaranteeing the Swiss industry’s highest standard of precision, performance and magnetic-resistance, as set by the Swiss Federal Institute of Metrology (METAS).

Tachymeter Scale: A tachymeter watch has a function for measuring speed. It is a chronograph with a graduated dial on which speed can be read in kilometres per hour based on a 1000 metre distance.

MOVEMENT

Caliber Omega 3861: Manual-winding chronograph movement with Co-Axial escapement. Certified Master Chronometer, approved by METAS, resistant to magnetic fields reaching 15,000 gauss. Free-sprung balance with silicon balance spring. Rhodium-plated finish, bridges with straight Geneva waves.
