Our Delivery and Returns Policy

Watches supplied by Beat The Waitlist (BTW) or their partner companies will be delivered through Royal Mail Special Delivery within 48 hours of cleared funds received. RMSD deliver during weekdays and therefore a watch purchased during the weekend will arrive on a Tuesday or later by arrangement. 

BTW will ensure that each watch is securely packaged. Should the packaging show signs of damage this should be noted via the delivery agent and the buyer must not accept the item. This will be returned to BTW for inspection and redelivery.

BTW will insure the item for outward transit only. Any returns should be suitably insured by the buyer. BTW will notify the buyer of a tracking number for their convenience.

Limited Warranty

At Beat The Waitlist, all Unworn, and Pre-owned watches come with a 6 month guarantee on the watch movement.  This warranty does not apply to damage done by inappropriate use or mistreatment of your watch. The warranty does not extend to the bracelets, cases or watch glasses, nor does it cover any damage done to the case and the movement by water or moisture entering the watch because of a handling errors.
